I understand your cancellation policy and I authorize Guida Giovanni of ITALY TOUR SHARING by Joe Banana Limos to charge my credit card, as specified in the undermentioned cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
We hold your credit card information firstly as a guarantee for your service. Amount owed will be advised via email 7 days prior to service date and charged on the credit card on file 5 days before the service. 
Cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the tour date or else your credit card will be charged with the full amount owed and no refund will be approved in case of no-show or late cancelation. 
If the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any reason, it's not your fault and you will be reimbursed with the exception of any non-refundable tickets associated with your services, for which you will be held financially accountable in full. However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port (if you are still onboard).
A fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled for any other reason less than 7 days prior to your service.
Terms and conditions for tickets:
We cannot guarantee availability of Colosseum and Vatican tickets. We will do our best to purchase Colosseum and Vatican tickets as soon as they become available. These tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. As they will be purchased upon booking, or thereafter in accordance with availability, their cost will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of a cancellation (even if cancellation is made within the timeframe of normal cancellation policy terms).
Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.
Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree.
The above data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, by signing this form, the company will give its consent to the processing of personal data for purposes commercial, administrative and advertising exclusively by ITALY TOUR SHARING by Joe Banana Limos - Guida Giovanni.
