ONE-WAY TRANSFER FROM CIVITAVECCHIA PORT
TO FCO ROME AIRPORT

Our English speaking driver will greet you at the gangway of your cruise ship, holding a sign with the group name on it. The group creator will set the pick up time for this service. It will take approximately 1 hour to arrive at FCO Rome Airport from Civitavecchia port.
Each party within the group will communicate to the driver the specific terminal for their drop off the day of the service. The order of drop offs at the airport will be in order of the terminals.
We do recommend planning for an arrival time at the airport at least 2.5-3 hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.
This is a ONE-WAY TRANSFER SERVICE only. This is not a full day tour service.

IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- The tours and the itineraries CANNOT be changed. As it is a sharing tour, we provide the tours as described on our website (unless everyone in the vehicle agrees to a different itinerary).
- We recommend that guests always be on time and follow our driver's suggestions regarding timing throughout the day, in this way everyone will have a wonderful tour and we'll be 100% certain there will be no complaints or recriminations.
- Once you have joined an open tour or created a new group, your information (name, email address and number of guests in your personal party) will be given to the other participants in the group.
- Every time a new party joins or cancels participation in the group, you will receive a new automated voucher which includes the guest’s information, number of participants and the new price you will pay per person.
- Above 8 passengers from Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi, Salerno, Taormina, Catania and Messina ports we can either provide a Mercedes Sprinter minibus or multiple luxury minivans (according on the availability we have), while from Civitavecchia, Livorno and La Spezia ports we will provide multiple minivans above 7 passengers.
- Unfortunately the minibuses cannot enter the city centre and you'll automatically waste a lot of time walking to destinations, while by minivan, you can get directly to your point of interest, without wasting any time.
- We do not charge your credit card at the time of booking, we only request this information as a guarantee of services, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Payment will be automatically charged 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date, directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the credit card submitted will still be valid 5 days prior to the scheduled service, when the card is scheduled to be charged.
- At the time of booking, you will also receive an automated email which will provide you with the details to login to your own account on our site and monitor your reservations directly through the account. You can access your account by clicking on the section entitled “Account Login” located at the upper right hand corner of the homepage.
- Cancellation policy is 7 days prior the service, after these terms the full amount due (based on your booking) will be charged on your credit card in the event of late cancellation or no show.
- If the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any circumstance out of your control, you will not be charged and we will try to re-schedule your service according to availability. If your cruise ship docks in a different port, for example La Spezia Port instead of Livorno Port, we will change the pick up location, however there will be a fee associated with the change of port.
